Volunteer Journey

Hi

I have recently started as a Volunteer Co-ordinator at Maggie's, it is a new role and we are currently looking to map out a 'volunteer journey' for the charity.

As this is very new to us I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share ideas and information on what to put in this and how to set it out.
