Volunteer Development Senior Manager - NSPCC (closing date 6 Feb)

 Salary £40,839 to £43,620 + ILW£3,267

Primarily your remit will be to enable Local Teams to achieve income targets through the provision of the high quality leadership, support and inspiration. You will need to be able to operate and influence at the highest level and evidence exceptional planning skills at both a strategic and operational level with a sound track record of successful delivery.

The successful candidate is likely to possess demonstrable experience of working in a successful customer focused environment, such as fundraising, sales or marketing. You will also need to evidence substantial experience of success in developing, delivering and monitoring strategies and plans. Among your key strengths will be people management and leadership skills in addition to highly influential interpersonal abilities to make the most out of our volunteers.
