The purpose of the job is to ensure volunteers help visitors to Minsmere enjoy a meaningful and memorable wildlife experience. The post-holder will be responsible for supporting and empowering the existing team of volunteers and recruiting and training new volunteers to help deliver the people engagement aims of the role. The post-holder will be responsible for ensuring that membership recruitment targets are achieved at Minsmere. This is a three year contract. Supported by the National Lottery through the Heritage Lottery Fund.


Salary £17,000 - £20,000 pa
Hours: Full time
Contract: 3 year contract
