Volunteer Development Officer - The National Trust (closing date 15 August)

Full-time, 2 year fixed-term, £20,929 pa + benefits.

Based at Wimpole Hall, Royston, Cambridgeshire

You will ensure we support our volunteers and staff by developing sustainable, volunteer led volunteer management programmes.

Working with regional and property staff at four sites in Cambridgeshire, you will identify ways of improving the quality of volunteering management at all stages of the volunteer journey. This will lead to identifying and recruiting new volunteer roles to support the initiative. There will also be an initial focus on helping to recruit volunteers to support our core business for next year.
