Volunteer Development Manager vacancy

The Prostate Cancer Charity is looking for an experienced Volunteer Development Manager to lead the strategic development and implementation of the Charity's work with volunteers throughout the UK, ensuring an integrated approach to volunteering across the Charity. We are looking for someone with good knowledge of best practice in managing volunteers, who has an understanding of the motivation of volunteers, and the skills and ability to champion the role of volunteers both internally and externally.
