Volunteer Co-ordinator - Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service (closing date 6th October)

2 years fixed term. Hours 36.25. Salary c £25,000

Help shape a brand new volunteer network for the fire and rescue service We work with many different organisations to help make Lancashire safer by providing fire prevention and protection services, as well as a top class emergency response. But we want to work more directly with local people by creating a network of volunteers who can support us - individuals who know their local area, the people who live there and the special needs they may have. To take forward this process we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to take the lead in creating a network of volunteers for the fire service.
