From rock climbing and mountain biking to archery and music, our Do it 4 Real summer camps provide thousands of young people with the experience of a lifetime. None of this would be possible without our volunteers, however. Their energy and enthusiasm is integral to our success.

As our Volunteer Coordinator, it'll fall to you to recruit high numbers of quality volunteers for these camps. You'll travel the country, promote the programme and assess potential candidates. Once selected, you'll drive forward the volunteer training programme and support the volunteers during their time with us.

Organised, practical and equipped with a can-do attitude, you'll be someone who's worked within a youth or educational setting before. You'll certainly know how to engage with all kinds of people - and how to inspire them to deliver their best. A degree-level education, plus a full driving licence, is also essential.
