Using video/film to recruit vols
Dear colleagues,
RNIB is currently considering producing a video to help us to attract and recruit volunteers and we'd like to learn from others' experience.
We are thinking about publishing and distributing this audio visual material principally via the internet.
Has anyone produced a video as a volunteer recruitment/volunteering promotion tool to date and, if so, could you tell us a bit about your experience: why you did it; how effective it was/is in enabling you to recruit volunteers; whether you would recommend other organisations doing this?
