The RNLI is looking to move forward with a new programme of volunteering that will both develop our existing volunteering opportunities and introduce innovative new volunteering programmes across the organisation.
We are looking for someone to come and play a key role in the implementation of our new volunteer strategy. You will be responsible for working with all of our departments from fundraising through to our operational service, gaining the support of your colleagues and the approval to move new projects forward. You will be putting new processes in place and streamlining old ones, to ensure the RNLI is ready for the next 20 years of volunteering.
The ideal candidate will have worked within the Voluntary Sector, had experience of recruitment, and other HR processes, and have a sound understanding of the volunteer marketplace. You will need to have the ability to develop processes that are robust and have an eye for detail, but also be willing to work as part of a new and innovative team.
