You will be responsible for developing our volunteer branches and shops within the London region. You will encourage and assist with the formation of new branches and support current branches in their continued development.

With experience within Regional Development you will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.

You will have multi-site managerial skills and the ability to implement our policies to maximise the effectiveness of the branches. An understanding of employee relations and volunteer worker issues is particularly important.
