Peer groups - technical development

With the development of peer groups around the AVM network, we'd like to be able to support this by introducing new groups functionality onto the website.

For example:

• We'd like each group to have each own presentation page on the website managed by the coordinator or other designated rep from the group.
• We'd like AVM members to post information that only goes out to the group or groups they're signed up with on AVM. For instance, a local event, news, blog post or minutes from meetings, any information that's only relevant to that group would only be seen by that group.
• We'd like group members to be able to receive any new updates of information specifically for their group by email.

This is currently in technical development and we'll be trialling it with some new  AVM peer groups shortly.
