Volunteering Business Partner Role - with YHA England & Wales

We are looking for an inspiring advocate of volunteering to join YHA in the new role of Volunteering Business Partner.

YHA has around 1000 active volunteers a year across a wide range of roles including volunteer youth hostel managers, summer camp team leaders, photographers and working parties.  We have a stretching targets to increase the number of volunteers and improve the journey experienced by volunteers and are well on our way to achieving in both areas.

The new Business Partner role will engage our hostels and teams in planning for and delivering quality volunteering experiences across our network in England and Wales.
