New to the job

Hi I only became a volunteer Mangager this week and am delighted to have found an accociation that I can use to find out all sorts of information and help from fellow Managers. I wish you luck with this venture and look forward to using this valuble website

Hi there Deborah- welcome to AVM.

We're brand new and paint still drying. We hope that this organisation is going to grow and become a valuable tool for all of us working to support and empower volunteers. At the last count around 90 have registered on this site and around 30 have become paid up members.

Hello Deborah I am starting a new job on 3.9.07 - so you are an experienced Volunteer Manager to me! Yes, you are right, it is so exciting to have an opportunity to speak to others who have that experience and knowledge and to feel part of a bigger team.
