National Impact evaluations!!!!

CLIC Sargent are looking to undertake a UK wide volunteer consultation focussing on the impact our volunteers have and the impact of volunteering on them and their community.

I was wondering if anyone from a UK wide/national charity had completed a survey/evaluation of this kind before and had an hint or tips! or any lessons they learnt- things that worked or didnt!!

The Institute for Volunteering Research's Impact tool and hoping to include some social return on investment work too.
