Royal Navy Submarine Museum, Gosport

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 p.a. depending on experience

35 hours per week - 3 Years fixed term contract

Sitting at the heart of our HLF funded Saving HMS Alliance project is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of our new volunteer programme. We're looking for someone who will drive forward an increase and diversification in our volunteering. You will be instrumental to the future success of the Museum in recruiting and developing our volunteer capacity. You will be adept at creating and growing community based volunteer groups; and importantly ensuring our volunteers are recruited, trained and supported effectively. As a first class communicator, you'll be fantastic with people.
