They are looking for a manager with a proven track record to recruit, train and support our Helpline volunteers for this award winning project. You will provide ICT support to the volunteers as well as give confidential emotional support and evidence-based information to people with Multiple Sclerosis, their families, friends, carers and Health and Social Care professionals. Excellent ICT and problem solving abilities together with good organisational skills are essential to meet the requirements of this challenging role.
