Help with training funding

Hi, I'm new to this website and to Volunteer Management. I started as Director of a small organisation VIDES UK back in September, and am delighted to find others in similar situations. I have been looking for training and have found a fantastic course which really suits me. However funding is a bit of an issue as we have a very small budget. Does anyone know where i can find funding for training courses? I really don't know where to start looking? Thanks for any help you can give. Pia
