One of the good things I like about AVM, is that we tend to give our own thoughts and opinions in repsect of volunteers volunteering, devoid of corperate nonsense.
I think thats because first and formost we care about volunteers volunteering, and not ticking boxes in respect of meaningless targets, aka Quality not Quantity.
Of course some on here may feel differently, but again we express our views without hissy fits, and people spitting their respective dummies out
