Good practice in reaching the hard to reach

By Yellow Page - Posted on 05 September 2007

A colleague forwarded me the following information:

"Over the 2 year GoldStar Programme, a number of events have
been planned to help establish and promote best practice in
volunteering from socially excluded groups."

Be interesting to hear feedback from anyone who's gone.

Hi I am funded by Goldstar and this year they have held regional roadshows. Within this there is a chance to hear from and existing GOldstar project and a chance to work in groups to discuss various issues such as barriers to volunteering etc. It was a good day which offered a chance to meet other volunteer co-ordinators in the region.

Thank you very much for this Daisy. That's very interesting.
