Farewell to SAVM

Today 21 November 2008 SAVM (Scottish Association of Volunteer Management is officially disolved. A sad day for all involved in Volunteer Management in Scotland. Hopefully a new organisation will emerge but without funding and support from the Scottish Government this will be very difficult. It is pleasing however to see AVM being able to establish itself and hopefully it will be in existence and develop as an independent voice for Volunteer Managers.
