Experts in Volunteering project - happy birthday to us!

The Experts in Volunteering project celebrates its first birthday this week - huzzah!  We'd like to say a great big thank you to our partners in London's volunteering network and to all the VIOs who have supported the initiative.

So far the project has achieved:

  • creation and initial roll out of London's Volunteer Management Charter and Health Check
  • endorsement of the Charter by London's Volunteer Centres
  • delivery of free volunteer management training
  • delivery of free action learning sets for volunteer managers
  • re-vamp of our website, an ever-developing resource for volunteer managers

Roll on, Year Two!
