Computer help in the home

I work for Age Concern in Eastbourne and we run computer classes as one of our activities. We are being asked more and more to visit clients in their own homes to help set up computers or help with problems they may have. Does any body already offer this service and would be willing to share their views, policies etc? I'm not totally convinced this is a service we should be offering.
