Community Involvement Officer - City of London Corporation (closing date 16 July)

Starting salary £27,320 rising to £33,370 pa inc.

The City of London Corporation provides local government services for the City and uses its position to encourage firms in the 'Square Mile' to help the social and economic renewal of communities in its neighbouring boroughs. City Action, their flagship employee volunteering brokerage service, harnesses the vast experience and assets of the City's business sector by facilitating volunteer, in-kind and cash support to community-based and educational institutions in the surrounding boroughs.

As a Community Involvement Officer within City Action, you will encourage increased levels of corporate involvement and be a primary contact for City firms and community organisations.
