Charter Chatter- Resolving Difficulties

Hello Everyone,

Well 2011 (The European Year of the Volunteer) seems to be flying by. This months Charter Chatter is "Resolving Difficulties" so check the link if you'd like to look at the quick tips and available resources. 

As for the chatter it would be great to hear from you

1.If you have a Resolving Difficulties Policy for volunteers- maybe you'd like to share it on our resources page for Volunteer Managers

2. Have you had to use it?

3. Or is there perhaps a time that was difficult because you didn't have a Resolving Difficulties Procedure to follow?
