Red Cross delivers a range of services across Hampshire, Isle of Wight and Surrey, liaising with a range of external partners. As Operations Director you will lead a team of staff and volunteers delivering and developing services across the area.
To be considered for this Operations Director role you will need to be a strong team builder with a proven track record of strategic and operational leadership in a complex organisation. You will have grown service impact and have a sophisticated approach to working with multiple stakeholders. A skilled communicator you will be confident positioning the Red Cross externally.
