AVM Peer Groups

What are AVM Peer Groups?

AVM Peer Groups are designed to facilitate and develop informal peer group networking and create support networks on a local level. These groups will also enable the AVM to develop its voice and to cascade information and obtain views of its membership.

How do they work?

Each group is facilitated by an AVM Peer Group Coordinator. They are responsible for organised regular groups meeting, usually 4 a year, and chairing each meeting.

Why should I join one?

AVM Peer Groups are a great way to access support in your local area. You will get to know other volunteer managers in your area and be able to share your knowledge and experience.

You will be part of a growing and active network of volunteer managers working together to develop our profession.
