Area Training Coordinator - Reading

The British Red Cross helps vulnerable people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are.

To allow our valuable training work to continue we are seeking a well-organised and efficient person to join our Learning and Education team. In this position, you will manage the booking, smooth coordination and efficient billing of training for members of the public, volunteers and staff. You will coordinate both volunteer and paid trainers and ensure accurate data collection and entry for our systems. As a key member of the Learning and Education team, you'll have the opportunity to work with the Service Manager to develop and design systems to ensure continued growth of the department.

You should have a high standard of customer service, some familiarity with invoicing and be comfortable with people of all walks of life. You should also have a desire to work within the charitable sector and be willing to occasionally travel throughout our area. Due to the nature of our work, this is often no ordinary office job, and will provide opportunities for you to get involved with a huge variety of tasks.
